Nuclear Safety and Nuclear Safety Culture in Fusion Reactors
The international nuclear community gives priority to Nuclear Safety in order to protect the population, workers and the environment from the harmful effects of ionizing radiation. It also recognizes the importance of establishing, developing and maintaining a positive Nuclear Safety Culture. Nuclear Safety basic concepts and principles are implemented in each country member legislations and are applicable also to Fusion Reactors.
